In june 2016 I got the 2nd placement challenging among 419 pictures celebrating the passage of the "Mille Miglia 2016 edition" that has taken place in Lodi on Sunday the 22 of may. The newspaper "Il Cittadino" and the Club "Automoto-storiche Eugenio Castellotti" rewarded the winners of the photo contest on Thursday 23 of june at the Caffè Letterario located in Fanfulla Street (Lodi, Lombardia, Italy). The first place has gone to Massimo Ferrari, with the picture titled "la storia in piazza", that shows an historic car entering Victoria Square crowded of peaple with the Lodi Cathedral on the background. The second picture is mine and shows a lot of people moving many Ferrari flags while the historical Ferrari 500 TR Spider Scaglietti (year 1956) is coming in Vittoria Square. "Compagni di viaggio" is the picture captured by Davide Tenz that gained the 3rd place and shows both drivers on a historic car with the Lodi Cathedral on background again. A black and white picture titled "Fascino d'altri tempi" and captured by Lorenzo Braghieri has been rewarded too. The partecipants has been rewarded by: Alvaro Corrù, chairman of the Castellotti Club; Roberto Savarè, general director of the newspaper "Il Cittadino"; Gianni Cattaneo, communication manager for the Castellotti Club; Maurizio Amadio, responsible of the organization for the passage in Lodi of the Mille Miglia 2016 edition.
